Job Summary

This role involves expanding Futurae's strategic partnerships with Financial Services Technology organizations. Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are necessary. This is a hybrid role that combines market development, relationship management, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and investigate new partnership opportunities in line with the overall sales strategy
  • Structure, negotiate, and obtain executive alignment with key partner executives and maintain long-term relations with strategic partners, ensuring continuous quality and motivation of partner organizations
  • Manage the onboarding and knowledge transfer to enable our partners' sales and support teams
  • Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives
  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners using metrics such as sales and revenue
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly
  • Regularly communicate with partners to ensure alignment and foster collaboration

Requirements

  • Business Administration, Finance, or a related field - an MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
  • Superior relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful strategic partnerships
  • Proven success in leading strategic partnerships
  • Expertise in developing business cases, financial analysis, and familiarity with legal agreements
  • Experience in developing and executing long-term strategic partnership plans
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management products and solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
