About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team at Apple Retail. As a Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team who delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of retail professionals in achieving performance goals and business priorities.
  • Develop and empower each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse and high-performing team.
  • Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and ensuring that business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.
  • Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and key business or People partners when appropriate.
  • Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas.
  • Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to drive business priorities and achieve performance goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.

What We Offer

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
