GreenTime SA is a pioneering FoodTech company that revolutionizes the way people eat. We offer employee catering via smart fridges in Switzerland, ensuring fresh meals, snacks, and drinks are always available.

As we expand into the Swiss-German market, we're seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Geneva or Zurich. You will collaborate closely with the COO & Head of Customer Development to drive our mission of making every client happy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing B2B customers in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.
  • Establish personal connections and long-lasting trust relationships with customers.
  • Develop and improve the customer experience for both new and existing clients, overseeing the entire B2B user journey, including client onboarding.
  • Prepare and present performance reports regularly.
  • Respond to support requests and manage customer claims.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to resolve issues and anticipate customer needs.
  • Lead projects from start to finish.
  • Participate in sales activities by assisting sales colleagues during client tastings events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in hospitality, management, or marketing.
  • Passion for customer service and a strong 'client first' mindset. Experience in account management or hospitality is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and general tech affinity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in French and English is a must-have; German is a plus.
  • Politeness, great interpersonal skills, and a professional appearance.
  • Creativity, flexibility, and autonomy.
  • Team player with a 'can-do' mindset.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Passion for food is a significant plus.
