Customer Experience Manager in Store

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Experience Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
Job Description:- Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 per annum

- As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store provides an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client-Centric Activities:
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience in-store by providing personalized attention and resolving customer complaints effectively.
- Coach the team to connect, convert, retain, and reactivate customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Assist in setting and achieving quantitative and qualitative objectives by monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement.
- Execute CRM activities to achieve retention and conversion targets by utilizing digital tools and fostering sales partnerships.
- Manage VIP and top spender customers by providing tailored services and building strong relationships.
- Handle delicate sales and after-sales situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Recruit and retain talent by identifying training needs and developing career development plans.
- Continuously assess and coach team skills by providing feedback and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Shift focus from transactions to relationship building by promoting a positive and professional team environment.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and HR on employee relations by maintaining open communication channels.
- Ensure proper onboarding of new hires by providing comprehensive training and support.
- Adhere to safety and operational guidelines by maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure stock provision and proper mix by coordinating inventory management with the supply chain team.
- Safeguard valuable products and materials by implementing security measures and conducting regular stock checks.
- Maintain visual criteria and store cleanliness by collaborating with the In-Store Visual team.
- Plan and verify display fittings with the In-Store Visual team to ensure an appealing store layout.

- Strong understanding of performance KPIs to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
