Flagship Store Manager at Gi Group SA

We are looking for a highly skilled Flagship Store Manager to oversee all aspects of the Flagship store in Zürich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for store operations, curating a unique customer experience, and leading a team of Sales Associates. Your key responsibilities will include:

Leadership & Team Management
  • Hiring and training in cooperation with our HR department
  • Team development and scheduling to ensure seamless store operations
  • Ensuring team well-being and managing cases to promote a positive work environment
Sales & Profitability
  • Achieving sales targets and analyzing sales data to drive business growth
  • Tracking key sales metrics to inform business decisions
Operational Excellence
  • Managing inventory and orders to ensure seamless supply chain operations
  • Ensuring store maintenance and compliance to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Preventing losses and ensuring safety at all times
Customer Service
  • Resolving complaints and using feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensuring high standards in store presentation to create a positive customer experience
Event Planning
  • Planning and executing events to drive traffic and sales
  • Coordinating with marketing and other departments to ensure seamless event execution
Industry Awareness
  • Staying informed about watch industry trends and innovations
  • Implementing new practices to maintain competitiveness

Requirements for the role include a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field, as well as proven senior retail management experience and strong leadership and team management skills.
