About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boutique Administrator to join our team at Van Cleef & Arpels. As a key member of our boutique team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our boutique.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist our sales team in managing inventory, maintaining store displays, and providing a seamless customer experience.
- Manage customer interactions, including greeting and serving customers, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions to drive sales and growth.
- Participate in event planning and coordination to enhance our reputation for sophistication and luxury.
Requirements
- Proficiency in German and English is essential, with knowledge of a third language being a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A deep understanding of the luxury retail industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
