We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team at Luware AG. As a Cloud Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver internal IT projects
- Provide exceptional support to end-users and stakeholders
- Manage and support internal cloud systems and infrastructure
- Maintain an accurate inventory of cloud-based hardware and software assets
- Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies and solutions
Requirements
- A higher/further education background in an IT-related field, or similar industry experience in an IT operations/administration/support role
- A good understanding of cloud technologies and concepts
- A native German speaker with business proficiency in English (min. B2-level)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proactivity and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of organizational skill
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and tools in an enterprise setting
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure, M365, Microsoft Teams are beneficial
- Experience with automation and scripting
- Passion for learning and innovation
