About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and retention, ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes from our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer success plans to ensure customer adoption and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify and escalate any critical issues or risks that may impact customer success.
  • Provide regular business reviews and insights to customers to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer adoption and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and German (written and verbal).
