Migros Online is seeking an experienced Research Lead to support our CX research team in promoting strategic and tactical customer insights across the organisation.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong focus on customer-centricity to oversee Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives, ensuring customer feedback and market trends are effectively integrated into strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analysing customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and empowering all researchers for all stages of the research process throughout the product development cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and mentor a team of researchers
  • Create a culture of positivity, innovation, performance, and support
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with leadership teams to define and prioritise strategic focus topics and tasks
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Data Analytics and Data Science team to enrich qualitative insights with data
