Customer Experience Strategist

Job Description:
As a key member of the PRAGMATIKE team, the Customer Experience Strategist will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a customer-centric support strategy to ensure seamless interactions across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product development and decisions, ensuring a customer-first perspective.
- Champion customer feedback and communicate it effectively to drive meaningful change.
- Optimize AI-driven tools to streamline support tasks and enhance resolution efficiency.
- Update knowledge base and FAQ resources to provide accurate and comprehensive self-help materials.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage empathetically and effectively with customers.
- Advanced technical proficiency in customer support platforms, feedback management tools, and agile collaboration tools.
- Minimum 5 years of customer support experience, with leadership experience a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
