Your Key Responsibilities
- Utilize innovative approaches to design and execute tailored CLM strategies that optimize customer value and engagement.
- Play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding our client network through excellent content delivery and relationship management.
- Conduct business analysis to define clear and understandable requirements for your IT colleagues.
- Support different business lines by following up on those business requirements and conducting testing to ensure functionality delivery quality.
- Report regularly and comprehensively on your progress and issues to key stakeholders.
- Be reactive and support teams when an issue arises, working quickly to fix or mitigate it.
- Regularly update and consult with senior management on the progress and effectiveness of CLM strategies, providing reports and insights.
Your Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., BSI, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
- Knowledge of the different business lines of a bank, their role, and interaction with the general organization.
- Key skills: Digital Onboarding, Expertise in digital onboarding processes for private clients and SMEs; Digital Channels, Proficient in optimizing and managing digital channels for client engagement; Digital Advisory / Omnichannel, Experience in implementing digital advisory services and omnichannel strategies; Digital Marketing / CRM, Strong skills in digital marketing and customer relationship management.
- Experience with CLM tools, such as Salesforce, BSI, HubSpot, EngageBay.
- A "can-do" attitude, strong passion for business improvement, and change finding joy and motivation in creating something new.
- Good understanding of day-to-day production activities of the different business teams.
- Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills.
- Fluent English and German language coupled with presentation skills.
Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is CHF 80,000 - CHF 110,000 per year, depending on experience.
