Sales and Customer Experience Advisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Advisor to join our team in Zurich. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience, driving sales, and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our store.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and create a competitive and dynamic store environment.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including sizes, fits, materials, and care instructions, to provide informed advice to customers.
- Receiving and processing deliveries, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and participating in seasonal campaigns.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
- Flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and peak periods.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Commitment to upholding the values and principles of H&M Group, including quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
