FINELLI, a leading streetwear brand in Switzerland, is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Service Representative to join our team at our flagship store in Zurich. As a Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high-class store presentation, and driving sales of our high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Individual style and product advisor for our international customer clientele

Sale of our high-quality products with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Store management and ensuring a high-class store presentation at all times

Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness in the store

Further administrative tasks and support of special projects as needed

Requirements

First professional experience in fashion retail with high customer and service orientation

Strong fashion affinity, proactive and independent working style, and an eye for details

Contact-friendly and trustworthy personality, goal orientation, reliability, flexibility

Knowledge of fabrics and functional textiles highly appreciated

Good computer skills, German and English fluent

Willingness and possibility to work Saturdays
