About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Advisor to join our team at Gi Group SA. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for representing our luxury fashion brand with clients in our boutique/stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve personal sales goals by developing and maintaining thorough product knowledge and providing exceptional customer service.
Establish strong relationships with clients and gain insight into their needs and lifestyle to maximize sales performance.
Develop an active, repeat customer base and maintain accurate, detailed clientele books.
Provide feedback to store managers on merchandise trends, missed opportunities, and issues related to fit and quality.
Ensure a respectful selling environment at all times.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong sense of aesthetics and passion for luxury.
Customer-oriented approach and natural selling abilities.
Detail-oriented, precise, reliable, and able to manage stress.
Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
Fluent knowledge of German and English; fluency in other languages is an appreciated plus.
