Luxury Sales Consultant

As a Luxury Sales Consultant at Gi Group SA, you will be responsible for representing our esteemed client, Top Luxury Fashion Company, in our Boutique/Stores in Zurich. Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve personal sales goals by establishing strong relationships with clients and gaining insight into their needs and lifestyle.
- Develop and maintain thorough product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
- Provide feedback to store managers on merchandise trends, missed opportunities, and issues related to fit and quality.
- Ensure a respectful selling environment at all times.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in the role.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and passion for luxury.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Natural selling abilities.
- Detail-oriented, precise, reliable, and able to manage stress.
- Fluent knowledge of German and English.
- Fluency in other languages will be an appreciated plus.
