Senior Luxury Sales Consultant

CONTEXT

We are seeking a dynamic Salesperson to join our exclusive team at the Zürich Boutique of Vacheron Constantin, a prestigious Maison renowned for Belle Haute Horlogerie.

YOUR MISSION:

  • Share our passion for Luxury timepieces with local and international clients.
  • Proactively develop strategies to recruit new customers and nurture existing relationships.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in networking activities to generate sales opportunities.
  • Represent the Maison and its values inside and outside the Boutique.
  • Support all Boutique activities, including events and client entertainment.
  • Contribute to the general administration of the Boutique in daily operations such as After Sales Service, stock handling, and client follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Luxury Goods Retail with at least 5 years' experience.
  • Action-oriented, assertive in negotiating, and willing to close deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal competences, and empathy.
  • Proven success and experience in Luxury Retail or Hospitality.
  • Organized and familiar with MS Office.
  • Fluency in German and English (a third language is a plus).
