**Responsibilities:**
- Achieve personal sales goals by developing and maintaining thorough product knowledge and providing exceptional customer service.
- Establish strong relationships with clients to maximize sales performance and create an active, repeat customer base.
- Maintain accurate client records and provide feedback to store managers on merchandise trends and sales performance.
- Ensure a respectful selling environment at all times and comply with all loss prevention procedures.
**Requirements:**
- 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and passion for luxury brands.
- Customer-oriented approach with natural selling abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with SAP Retail experience preferred.
- Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a plus.
