Luxury Goods Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Goods Sales Specialist to join our team at Gübelin in Zurich, Switzerland. As a representative of our esteemed boutique, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting high-end jewelry and watch brands.
Responsibilities- Advise and support our national and international clientele on luxury goods, ensuring a personalized and tailored experience.
- Promote the perfect customer journey, from initial consultation to post-sales service, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
- Built a personal network of loyal regular customers through strategic communication and relationship-building efforts.
- Determine client requirements and prepare bespoke offers that meet their needs and preferences.
- Serve as an ambassador for assigned luxury brands, showcasing their features and benefits to potential clients.
- Provide cashier services, including billing and preparation of sales and export documents, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently, utilizing CRM systems to optimize client interactions and data management.
- Receive and process jewelry/watches for after-sales-service, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Commercial apprenticeship or training as a sales advisor, with a strong foundation in customer service and sales strategies.
- Several years of experience in retail, preferably in the luxury environment, with a deep understanding of high-end products and services.
- Luxury-oriented education/training and skills development in the jewelry/watchmaking sector, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
- Fluent communication skills (spoken and written) in German and English, with any additional language proficiency being beneficial.
- A well-groomed, personable, and competent appearance, reflecting the brand's values and standards.
- An affinity for and confidence in handling IT/CRM systems, ensuring efficient data management and client interactions.
