About the Role:You will be a key member of the sales team, ensuring that every customer receives personalized attention and exceptional product knowledge. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Customer Engagement: Deliver personalized customer service, consistently exceeding expectations by following the brand's Sales Ceremony.
- Sales Excellence: Build lasting relationships with customers, utilize advanced sales techniques, and achieve strong sales records.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand's products, including construction, materials, and care, to provide expert advice.
- Brand Ambassador: Reflect the luxury brand image through impeccable personal grooming, dress code, and professional behavior.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Client Advisor or similar role within a luxury brand, preferably in high-end shoes and leather goods.
- A strong understanding of luxury sales techniques and store procedures, with a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong focus on customer service and results.
- Fluent in German and English (mandatory).
The salary for this position is estimated to be around CHF 60,000 - CHF 80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, Luxe Talent offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
