ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Sales Ambassador to represent our prestigious Maison in our Z"urich Boutique. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sharing our passion for Belle Haute Horlogerie and achieving monthly and yearly turnover targets. Your mission will involve proactively developing an action plan to recruit new customers and develop existing ones, while building strong relationships with local and international clients. You will also ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by constantly going "above and beyond" and act as a brand ambassador in networking activities to generate sales opportunities. Additionally, you will represent the Maison and its values inside and outside the Boutique and support vigorously all Boutique activities, including events and clients entertainment. You will also contribute to the general administration of the Boutique in daily operations such as After Sales Service, stock handling, and client follow-up. If you are a dynamic, passionate, and self-driven Salesperson who wants to be an ambassador of our prestigious Maison, then this is the role for you. You will be successful in the role if you are result-oriented, enthusiastic, and ambitious, focused on quality service and willing to constantly improve on what has been achieved. You are also a true team player with strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal competences, and empathy. The required talents we search for include solid experience in Luxury Goods Retail with at least 5 years experience, being action-oriented, assertive in negotiating, and willing to close the deal. You must also hold a very good general education and sense for local and international etiquette, as well as proven success and experience in luxury retail or hospitality. You are an excellent communicator, able to develop a local and international clientele by constantly nurturing relationships, and you are organized and familiar with MS Office.
