Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Beauty Ambassador to join our team in the German part of Switzerland. As a key representative of La Prairie, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience:
    • Provide personalized consultations to discerning customers on site
    • Understand customer needs through active listening
    • Explain and demonstrate products using La Prairie's Art of Service and Art of Beauty rituals
    • Pamper customers with luxurious short treatments and generosity programs
  • Sales and Merchandising:
    • Ensure effective implementation of visual merchandising guidelines
    • Implement La Prairie's trade plan in your area
    • Organize and host events and activities in partnership with retailers
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Submit visit reports after each store visit
    • Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales trends
Requirements:
  • Experience: Profound experience in luxury cosmetics environment
  • Languages: German proficient, English required (any other language is a plus)
  • Skills: Initiative, self-driven, curious, and ready to learn; winning attitude and personality; strong negotiator
