Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Hochstrasser Personal. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with local office suppliers to ensure seamless operations
  • Draft and translate documents from/to German, English, and Russian
  • Manage petty cash and report on expenses
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and tables to support business needs
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and conferences
  • Organize events and welcome visitors to our office
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and candidates
  • Manage business expenses and credit card invoices
  • Assist new team members in getting settled into their roles
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role
  • Knowledge of local administration practices and regulations
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
