has grown over its 37-year history to include all-inclusive escorted tours; two award-winning river cruise lines (Scenic and Emerald Cruises); launched the World’s First Discovery Yachts in 2019 (Scenic Eclipse) and reinvented Yacht Cruising with the Emerald Azzurra in 2022.

We are looking for an independent, multifaceted and team-oriented personality with immediate effect or by arrangement for the position as

**Global Charter Coordinator, River Cruises (M/F) 100%**

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for charter coordination after initial contracting to ensure consistency and quality in preparation and delivery across all charter agreements.
- Responsible for the preparation and flawless execution of customized chartered cruises, including ownership over the day-by-day programme, shore excursions, special onboard activities, entertainment, F&B arrangements and more.
- Effectively and efficiently liaise between in-market Account Executives Charter & MICE and internal stakeholders, including the Product, Contracting, Nautical, Corporate Hospitality and Operations teams
- Successfully handle multiple projects and meet simultaneous deadlines
- Create Delivery Briefing for onboard team and set up delivery meetings when required.
- Process post-charter reports and other necessary documents.
- Provide regular reports on performance, trends, and recommendations.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an organisational role in the hospitality industry, preferably in the (river) cruise industry and/or a MICE environment
- Fluent in English, proficient in German and other languages is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals, interests, and cultures.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and effective prioritize without prompting.
- Willingness to travel (10-20%)
