Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with local suppliers to ensure seamless office operations
  • Translate and draft documents in English, German, and Russian
  • Manage petty cash and report on expenses
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and tables for senior management
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, conferences, and events
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors, guests, and new team members

Requirements
