**Job Description**:
**This position will commence in Returns, and will receive training with the view to eventually move into Inbound.** The purpose of this role is to coordinate all activities related to the inbounds of products to the 3PL operated Distribution Centers and Canada Goose offices/stores.

The focus of the role is to ensure that all inbounds are processed in accordance with our SOP’s, within the agreed KPI’s and with the right costs.

In addition to the oversight of all inbound activities, the logistics coordinator oversees that all Masterdata needed is made available, investigates deviations in the shipments and provides forecasts to the 3PL operated Distribution Centers.

The Logistics Coordinator is a key partner for our ‘Supply and Inventory management team’ by ensuring that all units shipped from global sources are received on time to be allocated and shipped out to customers, stores, and wholesale partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordination of the efficient and timely execution for transportation from global sources up to the 3PL operated Distribution Centers in the EMEA-Region.
- Select mode of transport (air or sea) of bulks based on requirements received from Supply and Inventory management team.
- Coordination of the efficient and timely execution of the receiving process in the 3PL operated Distribution Centers in the EMEA-Region.
- Track and communicate inbound shipments to our 3PL with receiving data and make sure that all units are booked into stock on time. Support warehouses to ensure that all products are received in D365 on time to ensure product availability
- Investigate and resolve stock-discrepancies due to deviations of physical and logical flow. Work with the Logistics teams at the sources, freight forwarders and Distribution Center operators.
- Measure monthly inbound KPI’s according to the agreed services level agreement with our 3PL. Propose concepts to improve the services, turnaround-times, costs.
- Communicate status of inbounds shipments to the main stakeholders within the ‘Supply and Inventory management team’ and other stakeholders within Canada Goose.
- Work with global sources to ensure that shipping standards are respected and adhered to.
- Develop & Maintain documentation of all key processes (SOP) within the area of responsibility. Ensure SOX compliance: processes and documentation
- Collaboration with other Logistics functions and the Supply and Inventory management team.
- Book receiving in ERP Microsoft D365 and follow up on EDI/PO errors and discrepancies in D365.
- Work closely with finance for month end closing and posting intercompany receipts to meet standards of SOX control. Support the group quarterly/annually audit process
- Support on Masterdata related tasks to make sure our 3PL has all data needed for processing both in
- and outbound (SKU master, compositions, HS codes etc) and our WAS team has data needed for the customers.

**Experience, Education**
- 3-5 years’ experience in logistics and supply chain
- Wholesale, Retail or ecommerce experience is a plus
- Language: English (any other European language a plus)
