Job Description
**This is a 6 month fixed term contract. **The purpose of this role is to coordinate all activities related to outbound of products from the 3PL operated Distribution Centers to Canada Goose Wholesale customers and own Retail stores. The focus of the role is to ensure that all outbounds for Wholesale and Retail are processed in accordance with our SOP’s, within the agreed KPI’s and with the right costs.

In addition to the oversight of all outbound activities, the logistics coordinator oversees that all Masterdata is made available, investigates deviations in the shipments and provides forecasts to the 3PL operated Distribution Centers. The Logistics Coordinator is a key partner for our Commercial Team by ensuring that all units shipped on time and shipments are delivered according to specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the main point of contact between sales operations and the warehouses in the UK and NL
- Work with the Teamlead Logistics Outbound to ensure that warehouses execute orders in accordance with SLA (service level agreement) and monitor if deliveries are done in accordance with requirements. Take actions in case of deviations.
- Execute booking of deliveries to Wholesale Partners
- Work on customers inquiries for all logistics related questions such as deviations, damages and other problems with deliveries. Update the error log and provide updates, close cases when needed and provide feedback to finance, sales and sales operations
- Ensure SOX compliance in processes and documentation
- Back up of other Outbound team members
- Create a service mentality based on logistics and export expertise and thrive for operational excellence.

**Experience, Education**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in Logistics
- Wholesale, Retail or ecommerce experience is a plus
- Language: English and any other European language

- Knowledge of ERP systems and WMS systems including troubleshooting is a plus

- Possess strong analytical troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects, and process multiple tasks as required
