Job Description**
Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the main point of contact between sales operations and the warehouses in the UK and NL
- Work with the Teamlead Logistics Outbound to ensure that warehouses execute orders in accordance with SLA (service level agreement) and monitor if deliveries are done in accordance with requirements. Take actions in case of deviations.
- Execute booking of deliveries to Wholesale Partners
- Work on customers inquiries for all logistics related questions such as deviations, damages and other problems with deliveries. Update the error log and provide updates, close cases when needed and provide feedback to finance, sales and sales operations
- Ensure SOX compliance in processes and documentation
- Back up of other Outbound team members
- Create a service mentality based on logistics and export expertise and thrive for operational excellence.

**Experience, Education**
- 3-5 years’ experience in Logistics
- Wholesale, Retail or ecommerce experience is a plus
- Language: English and any other European language

- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of ERP systems and WMS systems including troubleshooting is a plus
- Ability to communicate with others in an effective and concise manner.
- Possess strong analytical troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects, and process multiple tasks as required
