About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our BioPharma team at SOPHiA GENETICS. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for driving the sale and adoption of our Diagnostic solutions to BioPharma organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive sales growth and adoption of our Diagnostic solutions in the BioPharma market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at BioPharma organizations, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet the evolving needs of the BioPharma market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans to ensure alignment with company goals.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of consultative sales experience in the BioPharma industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and adoption of new products and services.
  • Strong understanding of the BioPharma market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
