About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our BioPharma team at SOPHiA GENETICS. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for driving the sale and adoption of our Diagnostic solutions, with a focus on our highly anticipated ctDNA-based solution in partnership with world-leading Academic Medical Center Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive sales and adoption of our Diagnostic solutions in the BioPharma market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including BioPharma organizations, research institutions, and thought leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and solutions that meet the needs of the BioPharma market.
  • Provide consultative sales support to customers, including product demonstrations, training, and technical support.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline, and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of consultative sales experience in the BioPharma industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and adoption of new products and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the BioPharma market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
