As a Business Development Manager at Atos, you will have the outstanding opportunity to drive the growth and success of our Swiss operations. With our world-class technology solutions and dedication to flawless service, you will play a meaningful role in positioning Atos as our clients' top-tier and innovative business partner. Responsibilities:

  • Identify new avenues for business development in different industries throughout Switzerland, using your excellent networking abilities to increase our client base.
  • Define business and financial objectives and further develop our operations in Switzerland, ensuring profitable and balanced growth in the short and long term.
  • Establish Atos as the digital transformation partner for our clients, building and maintaining customer relationships at the CxO level and understanding their outstanding business challenges and goals.
  • We use our extensive international experience to build a wide customer and partner network that is enthusiastic about innovation and delivering excellent solutions.
  • Shape and implement the go-to-market strategy, taking ownership of sales activities across our entire portfolio and service offering.
  • Co-own the internal sales processes for your opportunities, ensuring a streamlined and efficient approach to closing deals.

Profile:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Completed technical studies (HF / FH / Uni / ETH) or have comparable experience, demonstrating your knowledge and experience in infrastructure services.
  • A proven history of driving sales and exceeding targets, with the ability to sell services across industries in Switzerland.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, the ability to engage and convince clients, and strong negotiation skills to close contracts.
  • Effective communication abilities to establish meaningful connections with individuals at various levels within the company.
  • A natural leadership ability and thrive in a collaborative and intercultural environment, collaborating seamlessly with international teams.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written German and English, enabling effective communication with our diverse client base.
