Your mission

  • Strategic business development: You define the strategic direction of the division in close
    cooperation with the division management
  • P&L responsibility: You assume overall responsibility for the division and profit and loss
  • Market positioning and network expansion: You will expand the market position and
    develop a target-oriented relationship network for profitable growth with a focus on Switzerland
  • Innovative product development: You lead the development team in the customer-oriented
    creation of innovative engineering solutions, technical software and embedded systems
  • Technology base expansion: You will further expand our strong technology base in close cooperation
    with educational institutions such as ETH, universities and research institutes in Switzerland and abroad
  • Acquisition and project management: You acquire development projects and manage the technical
    realization of customer-specific orders from development through engineering and production to
    commissioning, in constant exchange with the development teams in Switzerland and Germany

Your profile

  • Successfully completed technical university degree in electrical
    engineering or communications engineering
  • Several years (6+) of professional experience in a holistic technical
    role with a comprehensive understanding of embedded systems
    development and sales (HW/FW/SW)
  • Acquisition experience and strength with success in building
    and developing a service business
