Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to contribute to shaping our overall commercial strategy and sales operation practices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our existing accounts, negotiating framework contracts, and managing orders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with our Application Engineers and Technical Project Managers to drive the integration of our components within OEMs' robotic products.
  2. Account Management: Manage our partner and distribution network, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
  3. Sales Operations: Utilize CRM to record and manage interactions, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  4. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Robotics, or comparable experience.
  2. Experience: 7-15 years of work experience in B2B tech sales, including complex sales and negotiations. Experience in component sales is a plus.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the forklifts / material handling / AGVs / AMRs industries. Strong network within those.
  4. Leadership: Experience in managing large customers and technical projects.
  5. Skills: Analytical attitude with outstanding communication / presentation skills.
  6. Language: Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German is a plus.
