About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team at W Executive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of private and/or institutional clients in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a substantial portfolio of client assets, ensuring full tax compliance and maximizing returns.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth and expansion.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all client assets are fully compliant with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Compensation and Incentives: Develop and implement compensation structures that align with client goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Highly experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager with a strong track record of success.
  • Substantial portfolio of private and/or institutional clients in Latin America.
  • Ability to thrive in a professional environment and focus on discretionary mandates.
  • Strong understanding of tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Prefers success-based compensation and potential for partnership within the firm.
