About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (Switzerland Branch) - G96. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer adoption through strategic partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic partner sales plan to drive top-line revenue growth and end-customer adoption.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute a partner engagement strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new partners to expand our footprint in the market.
  • Collaborate with our Partner Solution Architects and Partner Development Managers to ensure partners deliver quality results and meet customer needs.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in end-customer sales in CH/AT on cloud or in the software industry.
  • Prior direct sales experience with sales and/or technical DNA to coordinate field teams and develop and close high-profile deals.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and excellent familiarity with Enterprise customer decision-making processes.
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills, excellent presentation skills, and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with customers and partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with AWS Consulting Partners and/or Technology partners.
  • Understanding of AWS, cloud architecture, and infrastructure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to set clear priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and an entrepreneurial spirit, including the ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Experience within the Enterprise software development industry and/or IT outsourcing is highly desired.
  • English language proficiency plus German/French languages an advantage.
