Customer Service Resolution Expert
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Resolution Expert to join our team at SELISE Digital Platforms. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues related to software used by our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive calls from customers experiencing technical issues with software and provide timely and effective support
- Identify and categorize customer issues by severity and importance
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and resolve customer complaints
- Invest time in training to understand software used by clients and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies
- Comply with standard procedures for proper delegation of unsolvable issues and maximize customer satisfaction
