About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team in Zürich. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for leading Incident Management, working with technology support organizations and business stakeholders, and driving fast and reliable incident resolution.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the environment for abnormalities and perform investigations when necessary.
- Run and support incident management, managing Severity 1 to 3 Major Incidents.
- Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with functional counterparts.
- Perform analytics by collecting real-time data and identifying trends.
- Trend Incident and Problem ticket data to ensure effective problem management.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Technical support role in the Finance organization.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support role.
- Able to translate technical information for non-technical people.
- Strong ability to solve complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize incidents.
- Fluent English skills are a must, German language skills are a significant advantage.
