About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team in Zürich. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for leading Incident Management, working with technology support organizations and business stakeholders, and driving fast and reliable incident resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the environment for abnormalities and perform investigations when necessary.
  • Run and support incident management, managing Severity 1 to 3 Major Incidents.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with functional counterparts.
  • Perform analytics by collecting real-time data and identifying trends.
  • Trend Incident and Problem ticket data to ensure effective problem management.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Technical support role in the Finance organization.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support role.
  • Able to translate technical information for non-technical people.
  • Strong ability to solve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize incidents.
  • Fluent English skills are a must, German language skills are a significant advantage.
