About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team in Zürich. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for leading Incident Management along the defined standards and guidelines of the Incident Management framework. You will work collaboratively with technology support organizations and business stakeholders to drive fast and reliable incident resolution and support smooth Technology Services operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the environment for abnormalities and perform investigations when necessary.
  • Manage Severity 1 to 3 Major Incidents and ensure the quality of incident communications.
  • Run and support Mission Control Command & Control activities.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with functional counterparts.
  • Perform analytics to identify trends and proactively resolve issues.
  • Trend Incident and Problem ticket data to ensure effective problem management.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Technical support role in the Finance organization.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support role.
  • Able to translate technical information for non-technical people.
  • Strong ability to solve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize incidents.
  • Fluent English skills are a must, German language skills are a significant advantage.
