Genedata, a Danaher operating company, is driving the digital transformation of the biopharmaceutical industry. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Account Manager to support the growth of our leading enterprise software solution, Genedata Screener. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
About the Role:
- Drive revenue growth through effective relationship-building, market knowledge, and scientific expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth in target accounts.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
- Nurture a sales pipeline by nurturing selected prospects or pursuing opportunities for expansion within accounts.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in natural sciences required (e.g., molecular biology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, biochemistry, chemistry, physics).
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in sales, business development, and/or account management within a business-to-business environment.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical research and biopharma research and development processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness and ability to travel (at least 20% on average).
