About This Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Recooty in Exton, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development, with a focus on achieving quarterly quota targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a defined territory/accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging social and digital selling strategies to maximize results.
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide exceptional client service and ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including IT and line of business executives.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in enterprise software consulting/implementation services.
  • Proven success in the SMB space, with a strong understanding of the enterprise software and consulting industry.
  • Demonstrated quota achievement and overachievement.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer relations skills.
