We are seeking a highly motivated sales development manager to join our team at Ecolab. As a sales development manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in our institutional business by building relationships with distributor representatives and customers. You will develop and execute business and marketing plans, win new accounts, and generate new sales within a specific geographic area.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business and marketing strategies to drive growth in the institutional sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor representatives and customers.
  • Provide training and support to distributors on Ecolab products and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the institutional sector.
  • Proven track record of success in sales development and business growth.
