Ecolab is seeking a sales development manager to drive growth in its institutional business. This role requires a strong understanding of the institutional market and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business and marketing plans, winning new accounts, and generating new sales within a specific geographic area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business and marketing plans for assigned distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor representatives and customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the institutional sector.
  • Proven track record of success in sales development and business growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous sales development experience in the institutional market sectors.
  • Familiarity with Ecolab products, services, and systems, with a focus on their application in the institutional markets.
  • Results-driven individual with a strong track record in business-to-business selling.
