About This Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Account Executive to join our team at Recooty in Exton, PA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a defined territory/accounts to achieve quarterly quota targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging social and digital selling strategies to maximize results.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including solutions and delivery teams, to provide exceptional client service and ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including IT and line of business executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in our CRM tool.
  • Travel expectations: approximately 30%.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in enterprise software consulting/implementation services.
  • Proven success in the SMB space, with a strong understanding of the enterprise software and consulting industry.
  • Demonstrated quota achievement and overachievement.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer relations skills.
