Sales and Business Growth Expertise.

We are seeking a results-driven Business Account Manager to lead the growth of our enterprise software solution, Genedata Screener. As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your expertise in sales and business growth to drive revenue expansion and identify new opportunities for growth.

About the Role:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth in target accounts.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
  3. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DECISION-MAKERS AT VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONAL LEVELS, COMMUNICATE THE VALUE OF SCREENER, AND IDENTIFY ADDITIONAL AVENUES FOR GROWTH.
  4. Nurture a sales pipeline by nurturing selected prospects or pursuing opportunities for expansion within accounts.
  5. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in natural sciences required (e.g., molecular biology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, biochemistry, chemistry, physics).
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in sales, business development, and/or account management within a business-to-business environment.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical research and biopharma research and development processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (at least 20% on average).
