Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Director Business Development to join our team at the IESF Group HQ in Switzerland. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and development across the DACH region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of regional market trends and competitor analysis. They will also possess excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Define strategic goals and objectives in line with the company's overall direction.
- Identify and prioritize new revenue-generating opportunities in all global markets.
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships through appropriate propositions and professional communication.
- Drive revenue and profit increase to achieve sustainable business growth targets.
- Record, analyze, report, and administer data according to systems and company processes.
- Provide regular sales and profit forecasts to the board relating to budgets and corrective actions.
- Manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to agreed direction.
- Conduct regular analysis of the competitive environment and market trends.
