The Role
As a Sales and Relationship Manager at Veeva, you will lead sales and account management efforts for Veeva Development Cloud, fostering relationships with key stakeholders across business and IT levels. You will manage highly valued customers, including Top 20 global pharma companies headquartered in Switzerland, generating qualified opportunities and retaining existing business.
The Account Partner will be responsible for coordinating a global team and traveling to other locations as needed. Key responsibilities include:
- Presenting Veeva Development Cloud and inspiring interest from top-tier pharmaceutical companies.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders across business, IT, and C-level in the Clinical and Regulatory domain.
- Meeting/exceeding pipeline generation and revenue targets.
- Contributing to team sales goals.
- Managing complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as necessary.
- Staying current with industry trends and addressing customer business challenges.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or consulting within the Life Sciences industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strategic account planning and execution skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end-users to C-level executives.
- Understanding of software solutions across Clinical and Regulatory domains.
- Highly self-motivated with ability to work independently.
- A passion for solving customer business problems.
- Team-oriented mentality.
- Proficiency in English language.
