Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee the entire training management process, ensuring that training assignments are optimized for the right job profiles, roles, and skills across pRED.
- Serve as the matrix leader for Cornerstone admins in SPO, ensuring that the strategy is implemented to support and establish governance on the use of the Learning Management System (LMS), while ensuring consistent practices across teams.
- Actively partner with learning specialists in DTA and Global Functions to align training programs with organizational objectives, ensuring training relevance, compliance, and accessibility.
You will be responsible for building and nurturing a dynamic learning community across pRED by engaging Learning Ambassadors. This will involve fostering knowledge sharing, innovation, and best practice exchange to improve training impact.
Requirements:- 1–3 years of experience in a learning environment, with a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Demonstrated proven experience in leading training management processes within a complex matrix environment.
- Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Cornerstone, and the ability to provide guidance and governance on system use.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, learning ambassadors, and senior management to drive transformative change in the healthcare industry.
