The Role

As a key member of our team, you will represent Veeva's Vault Development Cloud and Quality Solutions for select pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

Your responsibilities will include developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and providing innovative solutions to meet their needs.

You will be accountable for managing complex sales cycles, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and collaborating with internal resources to deliver exceptional results.

  • Nurture and extend relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level
  • Develop and implement account vision, strategy, and ways of working
  • Serve as the custodian for your customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them
  • Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
  • Stay current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges
  • Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer
  • Meet/Exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years combined experience in sales, account management, and consulting services
  • 3+ years of account management experience within the Life Science industry
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Enterprise Sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with a wide range of customers, from end users to C-level
  • Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
  • A passion for solving customer business problems
  • Must have a team-first mentality
  • Business-level fluency in German and English
