We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our Sales team in Switzerland.

About the Opportunity

This role represents a huge opportunity for the person who joins us to grow our market share.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in direct sales and a proven track record of winning new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate revenue from Records Management, Secure Destruction, and Document Management Services
  2. Commercial management of tenders, retenders, and price negotiations across nominated accounts
  3. Position and sell solutions to address named Corporate Customers' Information Management needs
  4. Accountable for new business revenue growth in the defined range of new and existing customers
  5. Drive the strategy for growth across nominated lists of target customers and prospects

Requirements:

  • Strong background and proven experience in new business hunting
  • Ability to quickly learn new products and sales processes
  • Fluent language skills in German and English
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate
  • Ability to make decisions and think in broad terms
