As an experienced and proactive Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our client in Zug. This temporary challenge offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our client.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing executive support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence
  • Organizing meetings, workshops, and events, and assisting with special projects
  • Managing office budgets, expenses, and vendors
  • Ensuring a professional atmosphere for visitors and partners
  • Handling incoming communication, including phone calls, emails, and post, and ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Creating and editing reports, presentations, and documents
  • Collaborating with the HR team for company events and initiatives
  • Overseeing office systems, maintenance, and safety procedures
  • Leading sustainability efforts within the office

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in a senior administrative role
  • Fluent in English, additional European languages a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented
