Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join our team in Zug. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing executive support, managing office systems, and collaborating with the HR team. If you possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence
- Organize meetings, workshops, and events, and assist with special projects
- Manage office systems, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Handle incoming communication, including emails and phone calls, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Create and edit reports, presentations, and documents

Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a senior administrative role

- Fluency in English, additional European languages a plus

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
